Hi everyone! It’s hot…it’s summer and I’ve been thinking 🙂 I’ve been thinking about surfing! Surfing has so many benefits and a few come to mind.
- Full body workout- you get cardio & strength training.
- Nature- you get to connect with nature and depend on the movement of energy as it brings you to shore.
- Vitamin D- Grab your sunscreen and get out there! Get full of Vitamin D and get a tan while you’re at it.
I could go on and on but I’m sure you all get the point. You can’t go wrong with being outside and staying cool in this HOT weather. So let’s go catch some waves. xoxo
